Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Senderum Intelligence (the "Service"), operated by Senderum Intelligence, a product of eFulfilment ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, signing in through Senderum SSO, or otherwise using the Service, you ("you," "the account holder") agree to these Terms.

This document is a draft written to match what Senderum Intelligence actually does today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and contains placeholders — marked like this — for facts we could not fill in automatically, including pricing, which is not yet finalized anywhere in the product. Do not publish it until those are resolved and it has had a legal review.

1. The Service

Senderum Intelligence is an AI-driven operations and analytics platform for e-commerce businesses. It connects to your store (currently Shopify, plus custom and system API connections you configure), and provides SKU-level demand and stockout predictions, purchase order and advertising recommendations, scheduled AI-generated summaries, and configurable AI agents that run on our Apex engine.

2. Accounts and access

• Access to Senderum Intelligence is managed through Senderum's centralized single sign-on (SSO) service, shared across the Senderum product suite.
• Business (admin) accounts go through KvK verification against official Dutch Chamber of Commerce records as part of onboarding. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
• Admin accounts may create sub-user and employee accounts and control what each can access through roles and permissions. You are responsible for what your sub-users and employees do with the access you grant them.
• You must keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Your data and store connections

• You retain ownership of the store, business, and customer data you connect to the Service (for example, Shopify orders, products, and customers).
• You grant us permission to access and process that data solely to provide the Service — generating predictions, recommendations, summaries, and running agents you configure.
• You're responsible for having the right to connect any store, account, or data source you link to Senderum Intelligence, and for complying with that platform's own terms (for example, Shopify's).

4. AI-generated output

Predictions, stockout risk scores, purchase order and advertising recommendations, AI summaries, and anything produced by an AI agent are advisory, not guaranteed. They're generated from your connected data using statistical models and AI systems that can be wrong, incomplete, or based on stale data. You're responsible for reviewing this output — especially purchase and advertising decisions — before acting on it. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from decisions made using this output.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law, or the rights of any third party (including data you have no right to process).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or extract the underlying AI models, procedures, or system prompts behind the Service's agents.
• Use an AI agent to generate content that is deceptive, abusive, or impersonates a real person or business without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass role-based permissions, access another account's data without authorization, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent, outside of the sub-user access it's designed for.

6. Third-party integrations

The Service integrates with third parties — currently Shopify, and AI model providers described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those integrations is also subject to that third party's own terms. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services we integrate with.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available and continuously improve it, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features — including specific AI models, agents, or integrations — as the product evolves.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if an account presents a security risk to the platform or other users. On termination, data handling follows the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated to account admins before they take effect.
